Registered Office
In Singapore, your company must have a registered office address where official notices and mail can be sent. This office must be accessible to the public for at least 3 hours during a working day. If you don’t have a physical office in Singapore, a virtual office is an excellent alternative.
Global Business 360 provides a business office address and mail forwarding services tailored to your needs. Let us help you establish a professional presence in Singapore, whether physical or virtual. Contact us for more details!
Business Licenses and Permits
While most business activities in Singapore do not require licenses, certain industries—such as childcare centers, private schools, moneylenders, banks, and liquor distributors—are regulated and need specific approvals. During incorporation, ACRA will inform you if your business requires approvals from multiple authorities.
At Global Business 360, our experts will guide you through the process and help you secure the necessary business licenses as quickly as possible. Let us handle the paperwork, so you can focus on growing your business. Contact us today to get started!
Business Registration
Global Business 360 takes care of all your registration requirements, if applicable.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) Registration
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to both the import of goods and the supply of goods and services in Singapore. Your company must be registered for GST if your annual turnover exceeds S$1 million from the sale of taxable goods and services.
If your business meets this threshold, registration is required to collect GST. At Global Business 360, we can assist you with the GST registration process to ensure compliance with Singapore’s tax regulations. Contact us to learn more about how we can help you navigate GST requirements.
Trademark Registration
Protecting your brand is crucial for maintaining your competitive edge and avoiding legal issues. At Global Business 360, we assist with trademark registration to ensure that your brand is safeguarded. Registering your trademark helps:
- Protect your brand from legal infringements
- Distinguish your business from competitors
- Secure exclusive rights to your brand elements
Let us handle the trademark registration process for you, so you can focus on growing your business. Contact us to get started!
Customs Registration
If your business is involved in exporting, importing, or trans-shipment activities, you must register with Singapore Customs. Upon registration, you will receive a Unique Entity Number (UEN), which simplifies your interactions with government agencies.
At Global Business 360, we can assist you with the customs registration process to ensure your business complies with all relevant regulations. Contact us to streamline your registration and facilitate smooth operations.
Patents and Copyrights
For tech start-ups and innovators, protecting your intellectual property is essential for safeguarding your competitive advantage and future profitability. Filing a patent application for your invention can prevent potential threats and secure your innovations.
